Reiki Trainings

 

Reiki is a gentle energy healing modality originating from Japan. Rei is translated as Universal or spiritual wisdom, ki is life force. During a Reiki session the practitioner acts as conduit for healing energy from the universal field to bring relaxation to the body and mind, activating the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Reiki can be beneficial for anyone and anyone can learn to practice Reiki.

I first sought out energy work back in 1995, as I struggled with infertility. The journey that unfolded as a result of those early sessions opened up a pathway for healing all levels of my life. Over the years, as I continued working on my own healing, I would spontaneously offer hands on healing to my friends and family and saw the power of these practices. I realized this was something I wanted to share, so in 2016, I completed an official round of training in all levels of Reiki and began my practice. I’ve continued to work with different teachers to deepen my own understanding, and I feel honored to now be able to teach this modality that has changed my life.

Reiki Level 1 is all about how to use Reiki for self-care and care of those you love.

This training will help you tune into your awareness of energy both inside you and outside of you, and begin to deepen a relationship with it.

Reiki Level I will cover:

-an introduction to what Reiki is, how it works and its history.

-core Reiki guiding principles

-overview of the human energy system and chakras

-traditional hand placements for self Reiki treatments

-the importance of energetic boundaries and how to exercise them

-techniques for grounding and cleansing your energy field

-Level I attunement

-time for experiential practice and discussion

At the end of Level I you will have all the skills to begin practicing on yourself and loved ones. 

Upon completing Reiki I you will be eligible to join Reiki II.

Reiki Level 2 is a deepening of your own relationship with Reiki and how it can be used to treat others.

The Art of Reiki Level 2 – Sundays - 11/8, 11/22, 12/6  9:30am-11:30am

Each week will include hands on practice time, Q&As, and exercises to work on in between sessions to build greater understanding and reinforce concepts.

Week 1 – Building Your Power

  • Learn the Reiki Symbols and How to Integrate Them

  • Reiki Pillar #3 – Chiryo

  • Biosen Scanning

Week 2 – Identifying Your Strengths as a Healer

  • How to Prepare for a Session

  • Traditional Hand Positions for a Session

  • Meditations to Develop Your Relationship with the Symbols

Week 3 – Putting it All Together

  • Offering a Full Practice Session

  • Taking Care of Yourself as a Healer

  • The Business of Reiki

Reiki Level 3 will work advanced Reiki techniques. It’s recommended to wait 6 months after Reiki level 2.

Reiki Level 3 will include:

  • level 3 attunement

  • hands on practice to refine your ability to practice on other people

  • learning the master symbol

  • auric clearing & energetic extractions

  • energy chelation

  • working with crystals & integrating sound

  • After you receive the level 3 attunement you will be ready to continue on the path the Master level practitioner, if that calls to you.

REIKI MASTER LEVEL is a continuation of practice in advance techniques and the attumnements necessary to teach Reiki.
