Reiki Level 2
Reiki is a gentle energy healing modality originating from Japan. Rei is translated as Universal wisdom, ki is life force. During a Reiki session the practitioner acts as conduit for healing energy from the universal field and transmits that energy to the client.
Reiki brings deep relaxation allowing the nervous system to rest in the parasympathetic state. With that, the production of chemicals such as cortisol and adrenaline begin to calm down and systems in the body and mind can operate optimally.
Reiki Level 2 will include:
level 2 attunements
lots of hands on practice to refine your ability to practice on other people
learning the symbols that are used during treatments.
practice with the distance healing symbol, how distance healing works and a healing meditation that you can use to send distance Reiki to anyone no matter where they are
exercises for developing your connection to the energetic field
tips on how to enhance self-care and protection as a healer
After you receive the level 2 attunements you will be ready to continue on the path as a practitioner or on to the Master level, if that calls to you.
