Sacred Sound & Silence for Solstice at Eagle Hill Farm

Mini-Retreat

Saturday, June 22 10AM-4PM

Some moments captured from last summer.

Without a doubt, the best retreat I’ve ever done!
— Rob Phipps

Treat yourself to a day of sanctuary for the mind, body and spirit.

Deepening a connection with nature through yoga, meditation, sound healing and silence we’ll honor the natural rhythm of transitioning into the new season

Breathe. Align. Rest. Restore.

Very often our bodies may be giving us messages and information that we don’t pay attention to if we’re busy. In the softness of open space we can invite breath and listen.

My intention in creating this opportunity is to provide a container for a day to nurture and restore your connection to you. A day of sanctuary. A day to recharge the connection between you and your life force in the loving arms of Mother Nature.

What you can expect:

We’ll come together at 10AM for a brief orientation of the farm and horses hosted by Sally with Healing Hooves.

Morning practice will be in Sally’s garden or a comfortable indoor space, whichever the weather dictates. Our practice will include gentle yoga, breathwork, chanting and guided meditation. The invitation will be to open up a balanced flow of energy, stimulate healing vibrations in the body and invite clarity to the mind.

From 12:30-2:30 you will have an opportunity to eat lunch, walk the trails, hang out by the rolling brook, paint a rock, or simply find a nook and experience a deep reset while observing social silence.

During this time, Sally and Dave will facilitate an animal encounter for those who wish to walk the labyrinth leading their sweet donkey Amos. There will also be an opportunity to spend some time grooming or simply laying hands on the horses inside the barn.

At 2:30PM we’ll reconvene inside for a restorative Yoga Nidra practice and sound bath with crystal bowls and tuning forks.

No experience necessary. All levels welcome.

Sri was amazing! I loved her voice and her calming nature. The yoga nidra and the sound bath were by far the best I have ever experienced. I will be attending more of Sri’s retreats in the future!
