Take some time to recalibrate, listen deeply to your heart.

Find solid ground inside yourself, by resting in the nourishing stability of Mother Earth. Allow your emotions to flow freely with the waves of the ocean.
Feel the power and energy of the sun ignite the power of your will.
Connect with the divine breath of the wind, clearing stagnant energy.
Let yourself be held in sacred space.

Experience sitting in silent community with the true essence of other women, without the need to put on any masks. Prepare yourself for the busyness of summer in a container of social silence at an 1800’s farmhouse by the sea.

Sound tools and mantra are technologies for healing and meditation used across many different cultures and traditions for thousands of years. They invoke a sacred connection to the fabric of our reality. They also serve to bring the nervous system deeply into the parasympathetic state.

Exposure to these higher frequencies within a container of social silence is a powerful combination, inviting a deeply meditative inquiry throughout the weekend.

This is profound invitation to allow for insights from the depths of the winter months to arise as we continue our walk towards lighter days. Resting in a container of social silence allows our being to be nourished and nurtured in a unique way. Enjoy morning and afternoon practice in community, come to an optional chanting class, or take time to explore the intertidal trail along the shore, cold plunge, or simply rest and find rejuvenation in solitude and the arms of Mother Nature.

Meditations and chanting will be focusing on connecting with the energy of Bhū Devi (Mother Earth) who is an aspect of the goddess Lakshmī. We’ll learn a simple mantra for each of these cosmic forces drawing abundance, prosperity, peace and harmony into our lives in a stable grounded way.

I will also share two shanti (peace) mantras that we will use to collectively send vibrations of peace to any chaos in our personal lives and the world at large.

Classes and practices are encouraged but optional. You always are welcome to listen to your needs and participate as you like.

No experience necessary. All levels welcome.

It was an incredible experience from the moment I arrived and Sri warmly welcomed me. The house, barn and location were wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious. Sri, I was blown away by the agenda each day. I loved everything you offered from the gentle yoga and yoga nidra to the chanting and mini-healing sessions. I appreciated that it was silent and I’m still processing some learnings. I didn’t know you before the retreat and you created such a safe and open space for all of us. My expectations were exceeded! 5 plus stars!
