Using your voice helps move energy out of your system.

Chanting can alleviate pent up tension and stress and transmute it into a positive force that weaves into the fabric of our manifest reality.

In an effort to inspire nervous system regulation, I'm offering 3 opportunities to join me in the online space in the days leading up to the election to help pump some calm and peace into our individual beings and collective space.

Friday, 11/1 at 7AM (20 minute practice) ~ Gayatri Japa ~This is an incredibly powerful day around the globe in different traditions for calling on the help of our ancestors to move forward in our evolutionary paradigm. In the Vedic tradition, this year it is also, Diwali, the Festival of Light, celebrating the victory of light over darkness. Join me to chant Gayatri Mantra as we hold intention to allow our minds to rest in the peace and clarity of our own light.

Sunday, 11/3 at 7PM (20 minute practice)~ Om Gam Ganapataye Namah ~ We'll chant for Ganesha. Clearing all obstacles, garnering strength, courage, fortitude and the ability to stay steady.

Tuesday, 11/5 at 7AM (20 minute practice) ~ Lokah Samastah ~ We'll chant for peace. Peace inside ourselves, peace with other people, peace for other people and the collective as a whole.

These will all be very simple japa (repetition) practices, accessible to all levels. Even if you don't want to chant, listening can also have a profound effect on the nervous system, inviting it to come into the parasympathetic state.

I will send a recording in case you are unable to attend live.

Let's take a collective deep breath.
