Foundations of Energy Healing ~ Reiki Level 1 & 2
Mondays at 6:30PM ~ September 22 - December 8 at Rosemont Wellness Center, Portland
Are you new to Reiki or have completed Reiki Level 1 and/or Level 2? This program picks up where the 1-day trainings leave off. Join me for a 12-week immersion into the world of energy healing and deepen your understanding and practice of energy healing.
In this comprehensive program we'll cover:
Energy Healing 101
introduction to the principles and cultural history of energy healing
in-depth look at the human energy system
understanding the chakras
exploration of the 5 elements
Preparing Yourself to be a Conduit
the power of intention
energetic protection and boundary techniques
focus and concentration exercises
grounding and clearing techniques
Investigating the Invisible
exploring use and meaning of symbols
developing a trusting relationship with your intuition
working with guides
creating ritual to reinforce the work
Introduction/Review Reiki 1 & 2
Reiki guiding principles
Reiki self-treatment
giving 1:1 treatments
distance healing
using Reiki in groups (such as yoga classes or sound healings)
Level 1 & 2 attunements
In addition to the nightly topic, classes will include:
opening meditations / closing sound baths
breathwork and energy sensitivity exercises
partner and/or group practice time
additional healing attunements
A make-up day will be available each month at an additional charge of $30.

If you have previously taken any Reiki training with me, you are invited to participate at a discounted rate of $299. This program is the group equivalent of my 1:1 mentoring sessions and a great way to integrate and expand your understanding.
