Sanskrit Chanting to Deepen Your Spiritual Practice

Sanskrit Chanting to Deepen Your Spiritual Practice

Saturday, October 25 | 10AM - 4PM

Life is moving pretty fast these days. There is no better time for finding balance in a regular daily meditation practice. Finding motivation and time can be challenging, especially if you have trouble getting your mind to settle.

Ancient practices of chanting are a powerful way to ease your mind into stillness.

Join me for an immersive day of exploring the richness and depth of Sanskrit chanting as a method to expand and enrich your spiritual practice.

In this workshop you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • gain an understanding of chanting traditions in Tantra, Bhakti and Veda and how they work as unique technologies

  • learn and practice the sounds in the Sanskrit alphabet

  • explore bīja mantras, ślokas, kirtan, and mantras from Veda to experience how they work differently in the body, mind and heart

  • become acquainted with the popular deities often found in mantras

  • talk about how to structure a mantra practice that works for you, and how to set up an alter

Participants will receive:

  • a handbook containing mantra texts

  • practices recordings for all mantras included in program

  • $50 discount on my Online Introduction to Vedic Chanting course

This program is for you if:

  • you are a student of yoga, yoga teacher, or someone wishing spend time deepening their meditation/spiritual practice
