Sacred Sound Community Chanting & Kirtan
Chanting is the yoga of sound. We are vibrational beings. Our world is vibrational. When we chant we are balancing, purifying and aligning our energy systems and vibrational field. A steady mantra practice can allow us to connect to an innermost place deep inside ourselves and at the same time, something far greater that we are intrinsically a part of. It is pranayama (breath work), meditation and sound healing all in one.
I will guide the weekly practice based on seasonal or celestial energies that are present and combine internal vibrational clearing with intentional external manifestation.
Join me Friday evenings at 6PM at the Breathing Room in South Portland to clear the vibrations from the week and start your weekend feeling relaxed and balanced.
