Drop the awareness out of the mind and into the body. My intention behind all of my flow classes is to bring greater ease and joy into the experience of being in your body. Being relaxed in the mind encourages the nervous system back into the parasympathetic (rest and digest). This allows all systems in the body to operate optimally. And you feel good! All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged!
