A daily practice is an important piece for long-term well-being. When we check in with ourselves on a regular basis, we can have an easier time connecting with the light of our inner wisdom and well-being.

Yoga means “to yoke.” It refers to a union, a coming together of the body, mind and spirit. When we practice alignment, we can begin to witness each moment as it is. This enables an ability to act instead of react. In time, we can access greater discernment in how we act and take inspired steps towards steady well-being.

This 21-day practice will inspire you to begin or re-ignite the process of developing a regular daily habit of taking at least 5-10 minutes a day, every day to be with yourself and invite alignment.

Even if you have a steady meditation practice or go to yoga classes, sometimes it’s easy to slip into a rut. This program is about re-igniting a spark. It is about remembering that your happiness is important to leading a full life and fully being able to give happiness to others.  

Having a daily practice can help regulate the nervous system. Our systems are overwhelmed by stress hormones. All of these practices are geared toward bringing the nervous system into the parasympathetic state (rest & digest).

When you practice a new habit for 21 days, science shows that habits stick. Setting time aside to connect with yourself takes a certain amount of discipline, but it gets easier the longer you consistently do it.

Being still doesn’t come easy for everyone. These practices are designed to engage the mind and body to establish ease with coming to your practice.

This program is great for absolute beginners AND seasoned yogis looking to re-engage with a daily practice.

This program includes:

One 5-10 minute video of a new yogic practice delivered to your inbox each day. Inside the daily email I will outline the benefits of each practice.

*To make them easily accessible, the videos will also be sent to a WhatsApp chat group. This is a great forum for questions, support and encouragement.

6 guided meditations

5 mindful movement sequences

5 pranayamas (breathwork)

5 simple mantras for well-being

These are all practices geared towards bringing your awareness and energy into a place of greater peace and well-being.

You will also receive a handbook with tips on setting up a successful long term practice.

You will have ongoing access to the recordings to use as inspiration in establishing a consistent daily mindfulness and meditation practice long-term.
